The dispatch of the goods takes place only after the receipt of credit of amount to be determined.

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are indicated in the order process.

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

Any damage to the product or the packaging or the mismatch in particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier by writing SUBJECT TO INSPECTION on the check test of delivery courier. All products sold by Saro AUTOMATION Srl are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, conven- 24-month warranty for defects, according to DL 24/02, which protects purchases of private customers who buy for non-professional purposes, using tax receipt. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation within the product.
The 24 month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product has been used properly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This guarantee is limited to the private consumer. In case of lack of conformity, Saro automation Srl provides at no cost to the customer at the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or possibly termination of the contract.
Are excluded from warranty the external components to the equipment on which consumers can directly intervene in the use and / or maintenance, or which may be subject to wear and tear.
The substitutions in the case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. In case Saro Automation srl were not able to make its customers a product warranty, the Saro itself will proceed to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
The legal guarantee under the Consumer Code is reserved for customers called "private consumers." are therefore excluded from the application of the legal guarantee purchases made by customers Professionals with VAT and businesses. Upon receipt of the communication, automation Saro Srl notify the customer of the procedures and the return number.

The contract of sale between the customer and Saro Automation Srl is governed by Italian law. For any controversy arising out of these general conditions of sale and related contracts the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of Macerata.
